This Week's Bake: 4 Sticky Orange Buns
These are a lighter, zestier version of a cinnamon bun made with sourdough brioche dough. The naturally leavened dough is filled with light brown sugar, orange zest and a little cardamom before being rolled up to create layers of tender dough and orange sugar. The buns are proofed for 10 hours to develop their sourdough flavour before being baked. Once out of the oven they are covered with a syrupy orange glaze. A delicious breakfast bun!
